About Me

I have been a licensed massage therapist for 5 years. I graduated from Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy (CCMT) otherwise known as Cortiva in 2016. I have been working as a therapist since.  I'm certified in prenatal massage. I also love doing swedish and deep tissue massage. I constantly am always learning new techniques. I love staying a student and learning how to help my clients. I work your session around what you and your muscles need. 

I am also a certifed Reiki Master. I love working with energy. Reiki therapy means channeling universal lifeforce energy through the reiki practitioner's hands to the client to help bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. It helps bring peace, wellbeing and relief from physical, spirtiual, and emotional distress.
